Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.

Exchanges & Store Credit:

*You may exchange your item or receive store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date.

*Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

*You’ll need to provide your original receipt or proof of purchase for in-store orders.

*You may request a return HERE for online orders only.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

*   Final sale items
*   Items marked on sale for 20% or more
*   Gift cards

How to Exchange or Receive Store Credit:

  •  In-Store: Bring the item(s) you wish to exchange or return for store credit to our store. Our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria. If approved, you can exchange the item for something else or receive store credit for the original purchase price.
    *   Online Orders: To return an online order, please contact us at holly@simplygraceboutique.net. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Deadline:

Once a return request has been initiated and approved, you have 7 calendar days to ship the item(s) back to us. If the return package is not shipped and scanned by the carrier within this 7-day window, the return will be automatically cancelled and cannot be reopened or reinitiated. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number as proof of timely shipment. If the return has been sent to us outside of the 7 day window we will return the item back to the original address.

Damaged Items:

*If you receive a damaged item, please contact holly@simplygraceboutique.net immediately.

*If not notified of the damages within 2 days of receiving the item, the item can no longer be returned or replaced.

Cancellations & Order Edits:

*We do not allow cancellations after the order has been placed. If the order has not been sent with the shipping carrier yet you may cancel the order for store credit.

*You may email holly@simplygraceboutique.net for order changes but note this is not a guaranteed change. If the item has already been sent with the shipping carrier we can no longer change or edit your order.

Additional Notes:

*   Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*   We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or store credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
